White off the shoulder top.

Happy Monday.  Hope you all had a good Mothers day.  We did not do much but my family was very good about making me feel special. This blog post hasbeen a long time in coming.  I recently received this white off the shoulder top from Shein and the good news its only $12.  Its the perfect top to wear with jeans or shorts this summer.  It is super comfortable and for reference size I am wearing a small.

Spring trends

Happy Monday friends!!  Why do the weekends always fly by? We spent yesterday celebrating Easter with my family.  Its always fun to see my brothers and sister and their kids, since we don't see each other on a regular basis.     I recently fell in love with the bandana trend.  I love how you can wear a bandana instead of a necklace.  You can also tie it on your bag for a different look or something I have not done yet is to wear it in your hair. 

Denim skirts are also a big deal right now.  The one I am wearing here is several years old but I am linking some similar ones below.   I am wearing it with a basic tee.  I wear this tee all the time and and if you do not have a basic tee I highly recommend you get one!!  You can wear them so many different ways.  My sandals have also been on constant repeat and they are amazingly comfortable.  I recently purchased this bag at Nordstrom.  I had my eye on it for awhile and finally decided to buy it.  And I am so glad I did.  I have been using it all the time. Off the shouder loving

Happy Monday!!  Hope life is treating you all well. I am spending the day at home with a sick child.  I love having a day at home, just not the sick part.  Would you also believe me if I told you that I just figured out how to read your comments that you guys have published on my blog.  Oops!!  Some days I will admit it takes me awhile.  So to all of you that have commented, I have read them and from now on I promise I will do my best to acknowledge you.  I was not ignoring you on purpose, I am just a little slow some days!!

Today's post is all about the this off the shoulder top. I love off the shoulder tops but I am also super picky about them. They have to stay in place or I will not wear them.  I recently got this one from PB&J Boutique.   This one defiantly stays in place and off course the stripes also caught my eye!! 

I paired it with my favorite new pair of denim that are amazingly super comfortable and very affordable.  I also wore this top with a pair of white distressed denim for a more neutral look.   You can shop the look below.

Favorite Spring Dresses

This past week has felt like spring around here and I am loving wearing dresses right now.   They are so easy to throw on and you can dress them up with sandals or wedges or down with a pair of flat sandals.  Dresses are perfect for spring and summer and I am very excited to live in them in the upcoming months!!   The one I am wearing here I recently purchased at Loft.   I love midi dresses and the stripes roped me in.  I am wearing a size small for reference.  Also don't mind my sunburned shoulders.  I went on a run yesterday and I believe it time to start wearing sunscreen when I run because I fried my shoulders.  You can shop this dress and several others below.  Have a great weekend!!
